Then we would love to have you join us! Role Genmab is seeking an experienced SAP Security Expert to support and enhance SAP security controls within a highly regulated pharma/biotech environment. The role, which reports to the Director of SAP Platforms, requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and SAP S/4HANA, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements such as GxP, SOX, GDPR, and audit expectations. The successful candidate will be a subject-matter expert within SAP security while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust, compliant, and audit-ready access controls across SAP landscapes. Responsibilities Support the design, build, and maintenance of SAP security and authorization concepts across ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems Design and maintain SAP roles in accordance with GxP, SOX, and Genmab internal control frameworks Perform SAP user administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access reviews Configure, support, and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock solutions for access control and segregation of duties monitoring Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, and roles Support security integration with SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine Participate in internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, and explanations related to SAP access controls Support system validation activities including impact assessments, risk assessments, and change documentation Maintain SAP security documentation such as role concepts, procedures, and control descriptions Work in close coordination with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team members, including technical and functional SAP teams, for all security and access requirements Coordinate day-to-day SAP security activities with external consultants providing additional capacity through the Application Management Service (AMS) team Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security concepts and SAP Fiori authorization design Experience supporting SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine, BTP Security etc. Experience working in GxP-regulated environments Exposure to Pathlock access control Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $117,600.00---$176,400.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives. Core Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and administer SAP security roles and access controls across ECC and S/4HANA, including SAP GRC, Pathlock, Fiori, and connected applications. Support audits and system validation, maintain security documentation, and coordinate access requirements with internal SAP teams and external service providers.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience, preferably in a regulated industry. Candidates should have strong SAP GRC knowledge, S/4HANA and Fiori security experience, familiarity with GxP environments and bolt-on applications, and strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
