JOB DESCRIPTION:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een QC Analyst B bij Abbott Weesp!
Wat ga je doen?
Met inachtneming van alle interne en externe voorschriften inzake EHS&E en GMP, borgt de QC Analyst B het tijdig vrijgeven van inkomende goederen en producten voor productie en QC laboratoria middels het uitvoeren, reviewen en rapporteren van analyses.
Taken
- Analyseren van de kwaliteit van inkomende goederen en producten aan de hand van voorgeschreven procedures.
- Het reviewen van analysedata en het muteren van de status in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systeem en laboratorium informatiesystemen.
- Het onderzoeken, afhandelen, documenteren en doorvoeren van CAPA’s, wijzigingen en non-conformiteiten. Non-conformiteit direct melden bij QC Supervisor.
- Het opstellen van adhoc- en standaard rapportages en validatiedocumenten voor werkmethoden- en apparatuur.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en aanpassen van afdelingsdocumentatie en voor het onderhoud van digitale laboratorium applicaties.
- Medeverantwoordelijk voor de oversight van het voorraadbeheer.
- Het ondersteunen van audits en inspecties.
Wat breng je mee?
Minimaal mbo-opleiding Niveau 4 in een technisch richting (laboratorium techniek)
- 4 tot 6 jaar werkervaring (of een HBO opleiding met minimale werkervaring)

Core Responsibilities
Perform, review, and report analyses to support the timely release of incoming goods and products for production and QC laboratories, following EHS&E and GMP requirements. Manage analysis data and system statuses, investigate and document CAPAs, changes, and nonconformances, prepare reports and validation documents, maintain laboratory documentation and applications, oversee inventory, and support audits and inspections.
Requirements
Requires at least a level 4 vocational qualification in a technical field, such as laboratory technology, and 4–6 years of work experience; alternatively, a higher professional education qualification with minimal work experience is accepted. Project management, analytical and insight-driven thinking, and a results-oriented approach are also sought.
