Join us in shaping a more connected and efficient installation organisation worldwide. In this newly established role, you will bridge planning and execution, drive standardisation and help set the foundation for how installation projects are delivered within the Distribution Domain.

Your role
As Installation Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the way we plan and execute installation projects within Distribution.

This is a newly established role, created to bring more consistency, visibility and standardisation to our installation planning approach. We have identified an opportunity to better connect project planning, project management and site execution, and we are looking for someone who can help shape how we do this.

You will act as the link between Project Managers, Project Planners and Site Management teams, supporting projects from preparation through execution. Rather than stepping into a fully defined process, you'll have the opportunity to influence standards, improve methodologies and help establish best practices that can be applied across projects worldwide.

What you will do

• Develop installation schedules together with Project Planners, aligned with project milestones and customer commitments.
• Support the preparation of installation schedules for newly awarded projects.
• Act as the primary link between Project Management, Project Planning and local site execution teams.
• Drive standardisation of installation planning methodologies, templates and ways of working across projects.
• Review and continuously improve installation scheduling processes and planning quality.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for installation planning and progress reporting.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations, risks and potential delays at an early stage.
• Capture lessons learned and translate them into improved planning standards and best practices.
• Support the development of performance indicators and insight related to installation productivity and project execution.
• Help create greater visibility, consistency and alignment across our global installation organisation.
   

Your team
You will be working I the Global Installation team within the Distribution Domain, the team focusses on supporting regional Installation teams focussing on North America as that is where most of the projects are executed. With a small group of Site Managers and Construction Managers we join forces with local colleagues in project execution based on capacity needs or capability gaps. A group of Program Managers is working on equipment and engineering improvements driving the On-site workload down as an enabler for lead time reduction, improved quality and lower costs. The team is recognized for its strong can do mentality, we support the operational business but focus on forecasted projects to implement the changes in a drive to make things happen.
 

What you bring

• Experience in installation, construction, project planning or project controls within a complex technical environment.
• A strong understanding of installation processes and project planning principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to bridge strategic project planning and day-to-day site execution.
• A structured and proactive mindset with a high attention to detail.
• The confidence to work independently, challenge existing ways of working and drive improvements.
• Experience with Primavera and/or ProTrack is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% , scheduled traveling within Europe and North America.

• Salary: €5200 to €5900 gross per month on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), excluding an 8% holiday allowance paid out annually. As you grow in the role and deliver results, there is room to move beyond this range. 

• 40 vacation days per year (full-time): 20 statutory days plus a flexible budget of 20 more. Plenty of space to rest, travel, and recharge. Accrued pro-rata for part-time. 

• Flexible working hours and hybrid working: [2 days from home, 3 in the office] per week, agreed with your team, so you can work in a way that fits your life.
