Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to accelerate the growth of our Dairy Milking & Automation business across the EURAM region.

Milking & Automation is a strategic growth platform for our Company Animal Health, supporting our ambition to strengthen our role in connected dairy ecosystems, create greater value for customers and accelerate the adoption of data-driven livestock technologies.

Working closely with Global, Regional and Local teams, you will help translate innovation into customer value, market adoption and sustainable commercial growth through business development, portfolio commercialization and strategic partnership building.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial growth strategy for the Dairy Milking & Automation portfolio across the EURAM region.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and strategic initiatives to accelerate business expansion.
• Lead portfolio commercialization activities, including go-to-market strategies, product launches and innovation deployment.
• Develop business cases and recommendations to support investment decisions, geographic expansion and portfolio prioritization.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Partner with local Business Units to enhance commercial readiness, customer adoption and business performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Global, Regional and Local stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, market trends and forecasting insights to support strategic planning and decision making.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Dairy, Milking Systems, Livestock Technology, Precision Farming or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of dairy milking, monitoring and automation technologies, as well as relevant market dynamics.
• Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, portfolio management, strategic partnerships or market expansion.
• Demonstrated track record of driving commercialization initiatives and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Established network within the dairy industry, including customers, dealers, distributors and key market stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to build business cases and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment; fluent English required. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

The Primary Location for this position is

ITA - Lombardia - Milano Segrate (Palazzo)

The salary range for this position is

€60,300.00 - €102,500.00

This is the lowest and highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. It is based on the applicable NCBA, as well as an individual’s experience, skills, organizational needs, and compensation levels within their peer group. If applicable, employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus, long-term incentives, or other benefits. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide further information if needed.
