This role will coordinate the product, technical documentation and regulatory work required to replace Danisco references with IFF. The specialist will bring structure and follow-through across products, markets, documents and approvals to protect market access and maintain customer support. 

The role covers the global Animal Nutrition & Health portfolio, with market-specific regulatory and documentation requirements. It drives implementation, while formal regulatory, legal, quality and technical decisions remain with the accountable functional experts. The role is accountable for ensuring affected products, documents, labels and submission inputs are identified, updated, routed, approved and closed with complete traceability.

Where You’ll Make a Difference 

• Coordinate the transition of technical reports, product documents, labels, safety data sheets, specifications and customer-facing technical materials from Danisco to IFF. 

• Support Regulatory, Legal and Quality teams with the preparation and tracking of product registrations, revalidations and legal-entity-related changes. 

• Maintain one complete transition register covering affected products, markets, documents, approvals, dependencies, owners and implementation status. 

• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Regulatory, Quality, Technical, Legal and Commercial colleagues to support technical accuracy, compliance and timely completion. 

• Manage controlled-document updates, version tracking, approval routing and auditable closure across a high volume of records and reviewers. 

• Identify missing information, unresolved dependencies and schedule risks, and escalate them clearly to the appropriate functional experts. 

• Provide reliable product and document readiness updates to support customer communication, sales activation, market continuity and programme reporting. 

• Support priority ongoing Animal Nutrition & Health portfolio needs while maintaining pace, accuracy and complete traceability across transition activities. 

What Makes You the Right Fit 

• Strong experience in regulatory operations, product stewardship, technical documentation, quality documentation, portfolio data management or a related implementation role. 

• Exceptional accuracy, organization and follow-through across high-volume records, multiple reviewers and competing deadlines. 

• Ability to understand product and document dependencies and work effectively with technical, regulatory, legal, quality and commercial colleagues. 

• Experience managing controlled documents, versions, approval workflows and auditable records. 

• Clear written communication skills and confidence escalating missing information, unresolved dependencies or schedule risks. 

• Ability to coordinate implementation while respecting the decision-making accountability of functional subject-matter experts. 

• Strong tracking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain complete and reliable status information. 

• Ability to work across global teams and adapt execution to market-specific regulatory and documentation requirements. 

• A degree or equivalent professional experience in science, regulatory affairs, quality, information management or a related field. 

How Would You Stand Out? 

• Experience in feed, animal nutrition, food ingredients, chemicals, life sciences or another regulated product environment. 

• Exposure to product re-registration, label changes, legal-entity transitions, portfolio migration or technical-report management. 

• Experience working across regions and with market-specific documentation requirements.
