About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Partner to join our growing team in the Netherlands.

As a Senior Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Programmes (MSP). You will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers, contingent workers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional workforce solutions.

This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic relationship management. You will ensure vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, governance and customer service.

 

What You Will Do

Service Delivery

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Programmes in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for hiring managers, suppliers and contingent workers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on contingent workforce solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence across all client programmes.
• Coach and mentor Delivery Partners while acting as a trusted partner and right hand to the Delivery Manager.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers regarding contingent workforce strategies, talent availability and workforce planning.
• Proactively manage new requisitions from intake through to successful fulfilment.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand business needs, role requirements, market conditions and recruitment strategies.

 

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of contingent workforce requirements through Magnit's Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge requisition quality where appropriate, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively engage and manage staffing suppliers to maximise candidate quality, speed to market and fulfilment performance.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, aged requisitions and recruitment performance to improve time-to-fill and fill rates.
• Resolve recruitment, supplier and worker-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market benchmarking and rate analysis to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Advise hiring managers on market rates, talent scarcity, workforce trends and hiring feasibility.
• Lead and facilitate rate negotiations with suppliers and contingent workers.
• Strategically fulfil complex, hard-to-fill and specialist hiring requirements, including clustered and high-volume workforce demands.

 

Supplier Management & Brokerage

• Manage and further develop strategic supplier partnerships across client programmes.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, speed, compliance, response times and fulfilment metrics.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise suppliers on market developments, client needs and future workforce demands.
• Promote healthy competition within the supplier ecosystem to improve candidate quality and service delivery.
• Partner with suppliers to strategically fulfil scarce, complex and business-critical workforce requirements.
• Act as a labour market expert, providing stakeholders with data-driven insights and workforce recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Analyse operational data and recruitment metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of new processes, technologies and operational initiatives.
• Share best practices across the wider Delivery team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

 

What You Will Need

Essential

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within MSP, brokerage, staffing, recruitment, supplier management, HR or workforce management.
• Experience managing supplier relationships within an MSP, staffing or brokerage environment.
• Experience conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and advising on recruitment and workforce strategies.
• Experience performing market benchmarking and rate analysis.
• Experience leading rate negotiations and stakeholder management at both operational and tactical levels.
• Strong understanding of the contingent workforce market, including temporary labour and Independent Contractor (IC) engagement models.
• Knowledge of Independent Contractor compliance, worker classification requirements and employment legislation.
• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Excellent communication, commercial and consultative skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience strategically managing complex and difficult-to-fill workforce requirements.

 

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting global or multinational clients.
• Knowledge of Dutch labour legislation and contingent workforce regulations.
• Experience working within data-driven operational environments using recruitment metrics and reporting.
