Beschrijving van het bedrijf
Als Financial Controller werk je binnen de Group Financial Control afdeling van Aviko. Vanuit deze rol lever je betrouwbare financiële inzichten die essentieel zijn voor zowel operationele als strategische besluitvorming binnen de Aviko Groep. Je draagt zorg voor rapportages, analyses en afsluitingen en speelt een actieve rol bij het optimaliseren van financiële processen en managementinformatie. Je standplaats is het hoofdkantoor in Steenderen, waar je werkt in een internationale omgeving met een nuchtere, pragmatische cultuur. Je werkt samen met collega’s binnen Group Financial Control, lokale controllers binnen de Aviko‑organisatie en met Cosun, de moedermaatschappij van Aviko.
Functieomschrijving
- Opstellen van periode-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages van de Aviko Groep
- Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en vertalen van data naar heldere managementinzichten
- Zorgdragen voor geconsolideerde budgetten en tussentijdse forecasts
- Opstellen en analyseren van cashflow- en liquiditeitsprognoses
- Optimaliseren van financiële rapportage- en controllingprocessen
- Zorgdragen voor compliance op fiscaal gebied, met name op het gebied van VPB, in een internationale context
- Opstellen van de consolidatiestaat en bijdragen aan het schrijven van de groepsjaarrekening
- Uitwerken van complexe accounting vraagstukken
- Bijdragen aan projecten, zoals het financieel verwerken van acquisities en zorgdragen voor integratie in de groepsrapportage.
Functie-eisen
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting (bijv. Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Finance & Control), aangevuld bij voorkeur met een AA-titel of RA-titel
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als accountant of in een vergelijkbare financiële functie
- Ervaring met Excel en software zoals OneStream of een soortgelijk pakket
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en het vermogen om hoofd- en bijzaken te onderscheiden
- Hands‑on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Core Responsibilities
The Financial Controller is responsible for preparing period, quarterly, and annual reports while translating financial data into clear management insights. They also manage consolidated budgets, cash flow forecasts, and contribute to complex accounting projects and acquisitions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a financial field, with a preference for an AA or RA title. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in Excel and financial software like OneStream are required.
