The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. Soho House offers a unique platform to grow, connect, and thrive within a premium lifestyle brand.
What you’ll do
- Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required)
- Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards
- Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency
- Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Bartender
- A positive team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays)
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

- Compensation: above statutory minumum. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o)
- Travel allowance > 7.5km

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the bar to Soho House standards. Additionally, you will provide engaging service in a fast-paced environment to ensure a memorable experience for members and guests.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a bartender and strong communication skills. You must also be a positive team player with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
