We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Leader to help strengthen governance, reporting, forecasting discipline, and continuous improvement across the PDS Commercial organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we manage commercial performance across EMEA, working closely with Business Development Managers, Quotation Leaders, Pre-order teams, Sales Operations and Commercial Leadership.
As a trusted business partner, you will drive greater consistency, visibility and accountability across our commercial processes, helping leaders make better decisions and improve business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead commercial governance activities, business reviews and performance management processes across PDS.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI frameworks and business performance scorecards.
- Coordinate pipeline, forecast and order intake reporting across the commercial organisation.
- Support commercial decision-making through data analysis, business insights and leadership reporting.
- Drive pricing governance and deal approval tracking processes.
- Facilitate win/loss analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardisation, simplification and digitalisation efforts.
- Challenge performance gaps and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Promote data quality, reporting discipline and best practices across the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, sales operations, pricing, business intelligence, commercial excellence or business performance management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial governance, forecasting, KPI reporting and performance management.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence across functions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
