Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to build broad clinical operations experience, working directly with investigative sites and international project teams, with opportunities to develop further within clinical research.
The scope of responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investigative sites throughout clinical research projects.
- Support sites in the effective day-to-day delivery of clinical studies, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate resolution of site-specific questions and facilitate collaboration between sites, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Support site teams with project training and access to study-related and vendor systems.
- Track study and site activities, follow up on outstanding actions and help keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate study information in relevant systems and ensure essential documentation is complete and up to date.
- Coordinate information and communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Support project meetings by drafting agendas, taking minutes, following up on agreed actions.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience within clinical research
- Life Sciences degree
- Full professional working proficiency in Dutch and English
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Core Responsibilities
Serve as a key contact for investigative sites, supporting day-to-day study delivery, resolving site questions, coordinating training and systems access, and tracking activities and follow-ups. Maintain accurate study records and documentation, coordinate communication across stakeholders, and support project meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on actions.
Requirements
Applicants need at least six months of clinical research experience and a degree in Life Sciences. They must have full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
