Our EMEA Electrical Services organization, operating across 25 countries with more than 500 employees, delivers lifecycle services across Eaton's electrical products, systems, and software portfolio. What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of EMEA Power Distribution engineers supporting strategic projects across the region
- Drive commissioning, fault finding, and technical execution while promoting Eaton's Zero Safety Culture
- Support project planning and resource scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers
- Provide technical leadership for commissioning activities across major customer projects
- Ensure effective utilisation, training, development, and performance management of the engineering team
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all activities
- Manage team administration including scheduling, expenses, holidays, and workforce planning
- Identify and coordinate training, certification, and competency development requirements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new engineers
- Foster collaboration across Power Distribution, Power Quality, and EPMS service teams
Qualifications:
- Relevant Engineering qualification or a Degree
- 10+ years of technical experience in power distribution, commissioning, or electrical services
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Strong technical background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations
Skills:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Experience managing field-based engineering teams across multiple locations
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
