# HR Business Partner ## About the Role Thales is seeking an enthusiastic, inspiring, and flexible **HR Business Partner** to join its multidisciplinary Human Resources team in the Netherlands. The HR function supports employees and offices across Hengelo, Huizen, Eindhoven, and Delft, working across HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, Professional Development, Payroll, HRIS, HR Legal, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture, and the Pension Office. In this role, you will manage and support constant organizational change while contributing to innovation and cultural development.
