Collaborate closely with our chef to create surprising food and wine pairings. Train the team to share your passion for wine with our guests. About You A true wine lover with a keen nose and refined palate. Experience as a sommelier or holding a relevant wine qualification. Service is your middle name – you know how to surprise guests. Core Responsibilities
Advise guests on wine selections that complement their dishes and manage and curate the restaurant’s wine list. Collaborate with the chef on food and wine pairings and train the team to provide engaging wine service.
Requirements
The candidate should be passionate about wine, with a refined palate and experience as a sommelier or a relevant wine qualification. Strong guest service, attention to detail, and awareness of current wine trends are also expected.
