Key Skills
Job Description
For Good Measure is a social impact collective connecting young professionals with meaningful projects at NGOs. Following our successful pilot, we are launching an exciting new initiative: a targeted, high-impact social media campaign for a nature conservation NGO. To bring this digital movement to life, we are looking for driven individuals to fill two types of key remote roles to join our team for approximately 8 hours per week on a voluntary, flexible basis. Whether you are a seasoned strategist looking to mentor a team, or a rising creative eager to build a high-impact portfolio, we want to hear from you! Campaigning Project Lead – Social Media Strategy The Big Picture: Architect and oversee the end-to-end digital campaign strategy specifically tailored to environmental advocacy, while mentoring and leading the creative team. Experience Required: Digital marketing, social media management, or strategic campaigning. Preferably 5+ years of experience (Don't be afraid to apply if it's less!) Who you are: Wonderfully social, a natural team-bonder, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to shape a remote team's culture. What you'll do: As our strategic lead, you will architect and oversee the end-to-end social media campaign, specifically tailoring a digital approach to nature conservation. You will design and execute creative strategies to secure donations, corporate partnerships, and community engagement while analysing performance metrics to maximise organic reach. Beyond the data, you will foster a collaborative team culture, guiding volunteer team members toward shared impact goals and partnering with the founders to build our organisational growth strategy without a fixed blueprint. Why join: Perfect for a mid/senior professional looking to use their skills for the planet, expand their sustainability network, or lead high-level strategy from scratch. Project Team Member – Creative & Digital Execution The Big Picture: Work closely with the Project Lead to build, create, and launch the campaign assets that will drive real-world awareness for this nature conservation NGO. Skills Needed: Experience or a strong interest in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, or social media management. Who you are: A proactive team player who loves brainstorming, testing creative ideas, and communicating environmental topics. What you'll do: In this role, you will bring the NGOs mission to life across digital platforms by drafting compelling copy, designing visuals, and producing short-form videos tailored for environmental advocacy. Working hand-in-hand with the Project Lead, you will roll out campaign strategies across social channels, while actively monitoring feeds and engaging our audience to foster a vibrant community. You will also participate in creative brainstorming sessions to refine the messaging, experiment with growth strategies from the ground up, and directly shape how our collective evolves. Why join: A standout opportunity to gain practical campaign experience, build a powerful portfolio of real-world advocacy work, and collaborate with like-minded peers. What We Offer For Both Roles You're not joining an established organisation, you're helping build For Good Measure alongside the founders and core members. We are constantly growing and adapting, meaning you can shape how we work and the role you fulfill. Compensation: Working on For Good Measure core activities is voluntary and mission driven. We believe that the work we do for the NGOs we believe in, is for the benefit of all. Portfolio & networking: A standout opportunity to lead a high-visibility environmental campaign and network deeply within the European sustainability and NGO landscape. Time commitment: ~8 hours per week for core work, flexible and based on results, not hours. Location: Ideally Netherlands-based, start within the next few weeks, remote and flexible hours.
