Role Description The Registered Dietitian – Telehealth Remote role is a part-time position focused on providing virtual nutrition care to diverse populations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth assessments, delivering individualized nutritional counseling, and creating evidence-based care plans tailored to medical conditions and lifestyle goals. The role involves ongoing monitoring of client progress, adjusting interventions, and documenting care in digital systems aligned with clinical and regulatory standards. The dietitian will collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals within MantraCare’s AI-supported ecosystem to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. This is a remote role that requires comfort with technology, virtual communication, and working across different time zones when needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Dietetics and Nutrition for assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized care plans. Candidates should possess skills in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management to support behavior change and long-term lifestyle improvement. Candidates should possess skills in Medical Nutrition Therapy for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic disorders. Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and relevant state or national licensure, as applicable. Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation. Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to build rapport with clients in a remote setting. Comfort working with digital tools, EHRs, and AI-supported clinical workflows; prior experience in digital health or virtual care is an advantage. Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary, global team.

Requirements
Requires an active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and applicable state or national licensure, along with skills in nutrition care, counseling, weight management, and medical nutrition therapy. Candidates should have telehealth experience, strong communication and cultural sensitivity, comfort with digital tools and EHRs, and the ability to manage a part-time caseload independently while collaborating with a global team.
