About the role We are a small e-commerce company looking for a reliable part-time warehouse assistant to pick and pack customer orders. Working hours All work takes place during the day, there are no evening or night shifts. Start times vary depending on the day and how busy we are. A shift might run from 9:00 to 17:00, 8:00 to 17:00, or 12:00 to 17:00. We agree the schedule together in advance, but we are looking for someone who can be flexible with start times. Your responsibilities Accurately picking products for customer orders Packing orders securely for shipment Printing and attaching shipping labels Receiving deliveries and putting stock away Keeping stock areas clean and organised Sweeping and carrying out general warehouse cleaning What we are looking for Accurate and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Physically able to lift and move boxes Good written and spoken Dutch or English Own transport is essential, as the warehouse is not close to a train or metro station Flexible with start times within daytime hours

Core Responsibilities

Pick products accurately, pack customer orders securely, and print and attach shipping labels. Receive deliveries, put stock away, and keep warehouse areas clean and organized.

Requirements

Candidates should be accurate, reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and physically capable of lifting and moving boxes. Good written and spoken Dutch or English, own transportation, and flexibility with daytime start times are required.
