Keep the team motivated and make sure everyone’s on their A-game. Oversee daily operations, from welcoming guests to making sure orders are flying out and everything’s running smoothly. You’re all about those little details that make a big impact. Every guest should feel like they’re the most important person in the room. You’ll make sure everyone knows what they’re doing, giving guidance and support when needed. Things don’t always go to plan, but you’re quick on your feet and always find a way to make it right. From the cleanliness of the space to the quality of the service, you’ll make sure we’re always at the top of our game. You’ll keep track of stock, report to management, and make sure everything is running efficiently behind the scenes. About You You’ve got at least a year of experience in the hospitality game, preferably leading a team. You’re a born leader—motivating and inspiring the team is second nature to you. You’re cool under pressure, with a can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet. You care about the details, and you’re all about delivering a great guest experience. You communicate like a pro in both Dutch and English. You’re flexible and ready to jump in when needed, whether it’s evenings or weekends. Experience with POS systems and admin tasks is a bonus. Core Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the shift team while overseeing daily restaurant operations, guest service, order accuracy, and service quality. Resolve issues, maintain cleanliness, monitor stock, and report to management to ensure efficient shifts and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

At least one year of hospitality experience is required, preferably with team leadership experience. Candidates should be confident communicators in Dutch and English, adaptable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and available for evening and weekend shifts; POS and administrative experience are a bonus.
