\n- Independently lead complex client engagements from initial scoping through high-quality delivery, balancing project management, team leadership, client service, and commercial considerations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams by applying sound judgment, communicating clearly, and making complex technology topics accessible.
- Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements, identifying material risks, opportunities, and priorities for post-deal value creation.
- Assess areas including technology strategy, product and engineering capabilities, architecture, cloud platforms, delivery performance, data and AI, cybersecurity, scalability, technical debt, and operating models.
- Translate technical findings into commercial implications related to growth, customer outcomes, margins, investment risk, timing, capital requirements, and value creation.

- Contribute to commercial diligence, investment thesis development, and value-creation engagements where technology plays a central role.
- Strengthen client relationships, support repeat business and proposition development, and mentor colleagues as the practice grows.
Requirements

- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm for building client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to broader technology value-creation initiatives.
Benefits

- Exposure to complex, strategic technology challenges spanning due diligence, transformation, growth, cybersecurity, AI, and operational execution.
- Senior-level interaction with investors, boards, and executive management teams.
- Opportunity to develop and establish a recognised functional technology specialism.
- Collaborative environment combining practitioner expertise, proven frameworks, technology-enabled solutions, and objective data.
- Scope to contribute to proposition development, client growth, mentoring, and broader commercial initiatives.

About Jobgether
Industry: Internet Marketplace Platforms
Company size: 11-50 employees
Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
