The final salary is determined by experience in a comparable position. Every month you receive an 8.1% ADV-allowance on top of your salary. Lidl pays 70% of your pension contribution. 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days based on 40 hours. A healthy workplace: including free fruit, coaching, and (online) physiotherapy. Core Responsibilities

Stock shelves, keep the store clean, operate the cash register, and help customers with questions. With additional responsibility, oversee the fruit and vegetable department or bakery.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, friendly and helpful, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is useful; previous supermarket experience is not required.
