Together, we Make the Place. THE TEAM As part of our Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities and guest environments. Working alongside a skilled team of technicians and engineering professionals, you will help maintain the highest standards of safety, functionality, and reliability across the property. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will support daily engineering operations while contributing to the delivery of exceptional experiences for both guests and associates. YOUR ROLE As an Engineering Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership and technical expertise to ensure all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently and effectively. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, support the development of engineering associates, and collaborate closely with departments across the hotel to maintain a safe, comfortable, and seamless environment. Your contribution will be essential in protecting the asset, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the overall guest experience. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Supervise and support the daily activities of the Engineering team to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the property. Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, technical issues, and emergency situations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying and resolving potential concerns proactively. Train, coach, and support engineering associates to strengthen technical capability and team performance. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have experience within engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations, with exposure to leading or guiding teams. You possess strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and preventive maintenance programs. You are a natural problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively. You communicate confidently, lead by example, and enjoy supporting the development of others. You can effectively prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You bring a hands-on approach to your work and are committed to maintaining exceptional standards within a luxury hospitality environment. Core Responsibilities

Supervise the Engineering team and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across the hotel. Maintain building systems and facilities, respond to technical issues and emergencies, inspect equipment, and support associates’ development.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations, with exposure to leading or guiding teams. They should have strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance, effective troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
