We need a senior digital leader who can connect customer needs, business change, and emerging technology. You will lead digital strategy, transformation initiatives, and technology-led opportunities that improve the way the business operates and serves customers. You should be comfortable working across borders and with teams that operate in different markets. In the Netherlands, we want someone who can build partnerships, create opportunities, and work comfortably across international teams. This role is for an experienced leader who can set direction, make sound commercial decisions, and take responsibility for results across the function. What you will do • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Review performance, risks, and opportunities • Make decisions and remove blockers quickly • Develop the team and improve the way the function operates • Set clear priorities and expectations for the function What we are looking for • Significant leadership experience in the relevant function • Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information • Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance • Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders • Experience in Dutch or broader European B2B markets is useful.
