UI/UX Designer Realfy · Full-time/Contract · Remote (Europe) About Realfy Realfy builds AI SDRs for mid-size and enterprise sales teams across Western Europe and the US. Our agents run top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel work over voice, video, email and chat. We're bootstrapped, founded in 2024, under 10 people, with offices in Los Angeles, US and Budapest, Hungary. What you'll do Own product UI/UX across the Realfy platform, from flows and wireframes through to high-fidelity design Build and maintain our design system so two engineers can ship consistently without a designer in the loop for every screen Design the interfaces where customers configure, monitor and trust an AI agent acting on their behalf Work on realfy.ai: page structure, conversion flows, and the visual language of the brand Turn ambiguous product problems into concrete proposals, then defend the reasoning behind them What we're looking for Based in Europe. This role is Europe-only, and we are not able to consider applicants outside the region 3+ years designing B2B SaaS products, ideally something with real operational complexity behind the screen Strong portfolio showing product work, not just marketing pages or dribbble shots. We want to see flows, states, edge cases and what you cut Comfortable in Figma, fluent enough in front-end constraints to hand off work engineers can actually build Able to operate with very little direction. We're small, and the first six months will involve more deciding than executing Clear written communication. Core Responsibilities

Own UI/UX design across the Realfy platform, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces, and build a design system that enables consistent engineering delivery. Design customer experiences for configuring and overseeing AI agents, improve the company website’s structure and conversion flows, and turn ambiguous product challenges into well-reasoned proposals.

Requirements

Applicants must be based in Europe and have at least three years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product flows, states, and edge cases. They should be proficient in Figma, understand front-end implementation constraints, work independently with little direction, and communicate clearly in writing.
