Company Description MM4.NL is an Amsterdam-based independent studio specializing in premium digital imagery retouching and AI-free image optimization for commercial brands. The studio delivers high-end post-production and visual identity support for B2B advertising, modeling portfolios, and structured brand identities. Services include risk-free “try before you buy” sessions, moodboard consultations to resolve creative blocks, and referral and affiliate collaborations that create additional earning opportunities. With roots in early-90s digital techniques and a focus on guaranteed human craftsmanship, MM4.NL aims to protect and enhance clients’ brand equity while producing campaign-level visual content. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Promotional Model role worldwide. The Promotional Model will participate in photosessions and campaign shoots, representing client brands and MM4.NL in a professional and engaging manner. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with photographers and creative teams, interpreting moodboards and creative directions, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across various projects. The role also involves interacting with clients and partners during studio visits, events, and potential trade show activities, helping to showcase services, support brand storytelling, and contribute to referral and affiliate campaigns. The Promotional Model is expected to be punctual, prepared, and comfortable working in a creative studio environment that values precision, artistry, and brand alignment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact confidently with clients, creative teams, and partners. Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship capabilities, including representing commercial brands professionally and aligning with visual identity guidelines. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to create positive experiences during photosessions, studio visits, and client interactions. Candidates should possess experience or comfort with Trade Shows, events, or public-facing promotional activities. Comfort in front of the camera, with the ability to follow posing guidance and creative direction. Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to maintain composure during long or complex shoots. Basic understanding of advertising, fashion, or visual branding is beneficial. Previous experience in modeling, promotion, or brand representation is an advantage but not strictly required. Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam and maintain a flexible schedule aligned with studio and client bookings.

Core Responsibilities

Represent client brands and MM4.NL in photoshoots, campaigns, studio visits, events, and potential trade shows. Collaborate with photographers and creative teams, follow moodboards and creative direction, and support brand storytelling and referral campaigns.

Requirements

Candidates should communicate confidently, represent brands professionally, provide positive customer experiences, and be comfortable in front of the camera and at public-facing events. Reliability, punctuality, a professional appearance, flexibility, and the ability to work on-site in Amsterdam are required; prior modeling or promotional experience is advantageous but not required.
