WE’RE RECRUITING As a Member Of Europe Regional Procurement, You Partner With Maisons And Functions To Drive And Professionalize Procurement Practices, And To Deliver Solid Business Value On All Axes – From Quality And Services To Competitivity, Compliance And Sustainability – For All Indirect Categories (Marketing, Retail, Professional Services, …) Lead and develop the Procurement Function Drive procurement best practices and compliance Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions Your Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Procurement Function: Develop and promote the procurement function, engage with key stakeholders Develop and implement the local procurement strategy, in line with Regional and Global Procurement strategy Contribute to Regional Procurement strategy and initiatives Drive Procurement Excellence Manage and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls Implement procurement tools and best practices Train, coach and support stakeholders Track and report performance and compliance Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions: Partner with stakeholders to establish sourcing strategies Setup and manage preferred suppliers Lead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions Lead or support supplier relationship management YOUR PROFILE You are an established and versatile sourcing and procurement professional with 7+ years of professional experience ideally in international and matrix environments. You have excellent communication skills and are capable to work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results. You are structured and have excellent analytical skills. You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage suppliers at executive level on diverse spend categories. You are fluent in English – German is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop the procurement function by setting local strategy, advancing procurement excellence, enforcing policies and controls, and training stakeholders. Partner with Maisons and functions to develop sourcing strategies, manage preferred suppliers, lead tenders and negotiations, and support supplier relationship management.

Requirements

Requires at least seven years of sourcing and procurement experience, ideally in international and matrix environments. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, be effective with diverse stakeholders and executive-level suppliers, and be fluent in English; German is an advantage.
