As our Legal & Compliance Intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of legal and compliance matters, actively contributing to compliance initiatives while developing your professional skills. Your responsibilities will include Contract Review & Drafting – Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial contracts, including NDAs and service agreements. Corporate Documentation & Verification – Assisting in corporate checks, including signatory and address verifications. Third-Party Vetting & Due Diligence – Supporting teams in reviewing and providing input within our supplier vetting platform. Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborating with internal teams and making regular follow-ups on legal and compliance processes. Website & Privacy Compliance – Reviewing legal statements, privacy-related topics, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Product Classification & Regulatory Support – Assisting with product classification, local legislation reviews, and advertising/marketing compliance assessments. Additionally, depending on the timing of your internship and your interests, you will have the opportunity to engage in other legal and compliance topics. Meet your future manager Basak Cagci, Legal and Compliance Counsel About You You are a Master’s student in Faculty of Law or University of Applied Sciences. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You have strong organizational and prioritization skills. You possess good communication skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders. You have a solid grasp of Microsoft Office programs. There are some key requirements Enrolled as a Master’s student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university and provide a Nuffic Agreement). You are available to start in October/November. You are available for a minimum of 5–6 months, 4–5 days per week (hybrid). You are fluent in English - oral and written. You can travel to the office in Rijswijk at least 1-2 times a week. Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and acquire a BSN. Requirements

Applicants must remain enrolled as a master's student in law or at a university of applied sciences throughout the internship; non-EU citizens must be enrolled at a Dutch university and provide a Nuffic Agreement. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, communicative, proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in English, available for 5–6 months at 4–5 days per week, and able to work in Rijswijk at least 1–2 days weekly.
