Share Share Email Post Share Lavender, Inc. is looking to hire a Tank Superintendent. We are a General and Mechanical Contractor with over 40 years of experience. With this role, you will oversee all tank projects, which are primarily in AL, MS, GA, and LA. There are times occasionally in which we may have jobs in other states. We primarily work in the Southeast USA. Qualifications At least 3 years of tank/ construction experience as a Foreman or Supervisor In Depth Knowledge of Tank Work and Construction Ability to Lead Crews of 5-30 Employees Ability to Perform Strenuous Work Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to Use Power Tools and Measuring Devices Flexibility to Work Overtime as Needed Other Duties And Responsibilities Safety is our top priority. You must ensure work is completed safely according to safety standards by Lavender, Inc. and the customer. Perform work under all OSHA Standards Quality is crucial. You will be responsible for guiding crews to produce quality work the first time and meet production goals at an efficient cost. Ensure work complies with OSHA and company and customer safety standards, inspect work and equipment, maintain quality, and update project managers on progress and needed adjustments.
Requirements
Requires at least three years of tank or construction experience as a foreman or supervisor, along with in-depth knowledge of tank work and construction. Candidates must be able to lead crews, perform strenuous work, communicate effectively, use power tools and measuring devices, and work overtime as needed.
