Acheron is a market maker holding a CASP license issued by the AFM in the Netherlands under MiCAr and with passporting in all EU countries. Acheron provides liquidity services to digital asset issuers from their most embryonic stages and throughout their adoption cycle. It is our belief that market inefficiency is one of the factors preventing digital assets from achieving mass adoption. We’re now looking to add a Graduate Trader, to our team to support our data-driven initiatives and provide market commentary to our clients. In this role, you will work directly with the broader trading team and proprietary leads to optimize trading strategies for our clients and internal usage. You will receive hands-on training from senior members of our trading team, gaining deep exposure to digital asset trading and liquidity strategies. Key Responsibilities Active Trading & Execution: Assist the desk with active trading, trade execution, and routine asset rebalancing. Monitor live trading systems and respond promptly to trading alerts. System & Market Deployment: Support the successful deployment and scaling of new trading algorithms, onboarding new clients, and expanding into new markets. Client Advisory & Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients. Respond to client inquiries (escalating to senior traders when necessary) and provide both recurring and ad-hoc trading reports. Trade Reconciliation & Data Management: Assist with daily trade reconciliation across exchanges and internal systems. Support the backend build and maintenance of a structured data room for both internal and external use. Strategic Research: Lead and contribute to research initiatives that inform our broader market strategy and enhance our client advisory services. Qualifications Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field. Technical Skills: Comfortable with data management and backend systems. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Excel/VBA is highly preferred for building reports, data rooms, and automating routine tasks. Operational Diligence: High attention to detail with the ability to flawlessly reconcile trades, monitor alerts, and execute rebalancing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable structuring reports and interacting professionally with institutional clients. Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of financial markets, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges. Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in finance, economics, financial engineering, mathematics, or a related analytical field, and have a foundational understanding of financial markets, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges. The role calls for strong attention to detail, professional communication, comfort with data management and backend systems, and preferably proficiency in Python, SQL, or Excel/VBA.
