Role Description The Sales Support Employee (French Speaking) is a contract, on-site role based in Venlo, supporting the commercial and customer-facing activities of Innoveins Seed Solutions. In this position, the employee handles incoming inquiries from French-speaking clients, prepares quotations, and maintains accurate customer and project information in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with the research and operations teams to ensure timely responses, order processing, and follow-up on ongoing projects. Daily tasks include managing customer documentation, supporting the sales team with presentations and proposals, and monitoring customer satisfaction through proactive communication. The employee also assists with general administrative tasks related to sales, contributes to improving internal processes, and helps ensure a professional and responsive customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, with fluency in French and proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage. Prior experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service, preferably within a technical, scientific, or agricultural environment. Ability to work accurately with CRM systems, documentation, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. Relevant vocational or bachelor-level education in business, administration, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from French-speaking clients, prepare quotations, maintain CRM and customer records, and coordinate with research and operations teams on orders and project follow-up. Support sales presentations and proposals, manage customer documentation, monitor satisfaction, and contribute to administrative tasks and process improvements.

Requirements

The role calls for fluency in French, proficiency in English, customer-facing communication skills, and experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service; Dutch is an advantage. Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with CRM systems and office software, and able to manage deadlines and collaborate across teams; vocational or bachelor-level education in a relevant field is preferred.
