Responsibilities: - Implement technical training for dealers and installers - Field install equipment on-site - Field test products to troubleshoot operational problems - Understand user needs and provide feedback on user experience - Handle and import customer complaints and provide solutions to problems - Organize after-sales spare parts, after-sales files and customer data - Provide service support for initial installations and maintenance (online and on-site), be the Technical contact person for customer Qualifications: - Ideally completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field - Excellent listening, reading and writing skills in English, Dutch and Chinese are plus - Good communication skills and professional appearance- Basic computer skills in all common applications - Driving licence: class B

Core Responsibilities

Train dealers and installers, install and test equipment in the field, and troubleshoot operational issues. Provide online and on-site after-sales support, resolve customer complaints, gather user feedback, and maintain spare-parts, service, and customer records.

Requirements

Vocational training in the electrotechnical field is preferred, along with good communication skills, a professional appearance, and basic computer skills. English, Dutch, and Chinese language skills are a plus, and a Class B driving licence is required.
