Working closely with the Ingredients buyers, you will provide the accurate data, coordination and operational support they need to manage supplier relationships, contracts and supply positions effectively. You will analyse forecasts, inventory levels, contract positions and supply information, translating these insights into clear actions and timely updates. You will also support contracts, purchase orders and shipments from start to finish, helping safeguard continuity of supply across our European operations. An important part of the role is contributing to procurement systems and improvement initiatives, including the continued development and use of our European Supplier Portal. You will gather, validate and maintain supplier and procurement data and coordinate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure information is complete, accurate and available on time. What you will be doing Analyse forecasts, inventory, contract positions and supply data to identify coverage requirements, risks and opportunities. Provide buyers with accurate, timely information to support purchasing decisions and continuity of supply. Support the end-to-end execution of contracts, purchase orders and shipments. Coordinate scheduling, documentation, quality requirements and invoice follow-up. Work with buyers, suppliers and colleagues across Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Finance and Operations to resolve operational issues. Gather, validate and maintain supplier and procurement information in SAP, S/4HANA and other relevant systems. Support the European Supplier Portal and other procurement projects and system improvements. Maintain clear process documentation and ensure effective communication and handovers. What you will bring A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a comparable operational environment. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or S/4HANA. Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify priorities. A structured and accurate approach, with the ability to manage several activities and meet deadlines. Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across countries and functions. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, logistics, or a related field is requested, or equivalent relevant experience. Candidates should have experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a comparable operational environment; ERP experience, preferably SAP or S/4HANA; strong analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills; and fluency in written and spoken English.
