Are you experienced in automotive warranty processes and looking for a flexible opportunity within a global automotive consultancy? MSX International is looking for a Warranty Specialist to support a leading automotive manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with dealership or automotive aftersales experience who enjoy working with warranty claims, technical documentation, compliance, and dealer support. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Supporting dealers with warranty claim submissions and evaluations ✅ Acting as the key contact for dealer warranty enquiries ✅ Ensuring compliance with OEM warranty policies and procedures ✅ Coordinating pre-approval processes with technical support teams ✅ Supporting parts return and warranty audit activities ✅ Preparing monthly performance and warranty reports ✅ Driving process improvements across the dealer network What We're Looking For ✔ At least 1 year of experience in automotive warranty administration, warranty claims, or dealer warranty processes ✔ Experience within a dealership, importer, OEM, or automotive aftersales environment ✔ Understanding of warranty guidelines and claims management ✔ Technical automotive background or education ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Accurate, structured, and process-oriented mindset ✔ Excellent communication skills ✔ Fluent Dutch and English Ideal Background We would love to hear from professionals currently working as: • Warranty Specialist • Warranty Administrator • Warranty Coordinator • Warranty Manager • Automotive Claims Specialist • Service Advisor with warranty responsibilities • Aftersales Specialist What We Offer 💰 Competitive salary up to €4,250 per month 🏢 Hybrid working model 📍 Sassenheim, Netherlands ⏰ Part-time role (20 hours per week) 🌍 Opportunity to join a global leader in automotive consulting and outsourcing services Please note: This position is intended for candidates with practical warranty experience. Core Responsibilities

Support dealers with warranty claim submissions, evaluations, and enquiries while ensuring compliance with OEM policies and procedures. Coordinate pre-approvals, parts returns, and warranty audits, prepare monthly reports, and improve processes across the dealer network.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of practical automotive warranty administration or claims experience in a dealership, importer, OEM, or aftersales environment. They should understand warranty guidelines, have an automotive technical background or education, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be fluent in Dutch and English.
