Are you commercially curious, communicative and excited about growing a brand? We’re looking for someone to join mmoire and support the growth of the brand across PR, marketing, retail and business development. About mmoire mmoire is an independent niche perfume house based in Amsterdam. Founded four years ago, we create fragrances that capture emotions, memories and the art of scent. Each creation is developed in-house, combining craftsmanship and artistry to create meaningful, lasting experiences. Today, mmoire is available at around 30 points of sale across Europe, including Skins Cosmetics, and we are continuing to grow internationally. What you’ll do You will work closely with the founder across PR, marketing, retail and business development. Support PR, influencer marketing and brand partnerships, including outreach and relationship management Research and approach potential retailers and new markets in the Netherlands and internationally Support relationships with existing retail partners and wholesale opportunities Support marketing campaigns, launches, events and other brand activations Analyse B2B and D2C performance and identify commercial and marketing opportunities Conduct market, competitor, retail and customer research Support day-to-day commercial, marketing and PR projects across the brand Who you are An HBO or university student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Entrepreneurship, PR or a related field Commercially minded with a strong feeling for brand and communication Interested in fragrance, beauty, fashion and the world of niche brands Communicative and comfortable reaching out to new people Organized, proactive and detail-oriented Curious and independent, with a willingness to take initiative Comfortable working with numbers and data Fluent in English, with Dutch strongly preferred Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Excel or Google Sheets is a plus, but not required What we offer A dynamic internship across PR, marketing, retail and business development The opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an independent niche perfume house Hands-on experience across both B2B and D2C A lot of responsibility and room to take ownership of your own projects The chance to work closely with the founder and see how an independent brand is built from the inside A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment in the heart of Amsterdam Full-time internship, 5 days a week Internship period: as soon as possible until February/March 2027 Paid internship Interested? Core Responsibilities

Support the founder with public relations, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, retail relationships, and business development in the Netherlands and internationally. Assist with campaigns, launches, events, research, and analysis of B2B and D2C performance to identify commercial and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants should be students in marketing, communication, business, entrepreneurship, public relations, or a related field, with commercial awareness and an interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion, and niche brands. Strong communication, organization, initiative, and comfort with numbers and data are expected; English fluency is required, Dutch is strongly preferred, and experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus.
