We are Eventic, a corporate events agency based in the heart of Amsterdam, specializing in creating unique and unforgettable events worldwide. Role Summary: As an International Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our global events to life. This position demands a blend of creativity, organizational prowess, and the ability to manage diverse teams/clients/suppliers across different time zones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful event management on an international scale, with a passion for creating memorable experiences. As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for: • Project managing our (international) events; • Taking over where sales has left off; • Making sure we overdeliver to our client in order to build a lasting relationship; • Sourcing new suppliers and concepts; • Learning our interns the ropes of the event field. Ideal Profile: • Multilingual and cultural sensitive • Detail oriented • Able to work individual and in a team • Pro active towards our clients, colleagues and suppliers • Able to manage many different things at the same time • Stress proof • Passion for events and hospitality • Creative problem solving mindset • Flexible mindset What We're Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Event Management, International Business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in project/event management, with at least 1 years in an international context. • Network of Dutch event suppliers and venues. • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (and Dutch, is a plus); additional languages are a plus. • Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings as required by event schedules. • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and logistics. • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing diverse suppliers and/or teams. • Able to work both in a team and independently as we are a dynamic company. • Based in The Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Manage international corporate events from the handover after sales through delivery, coordinating clients, suppliers, teams, budgets, timelines, and logistics. Build lasting client relationships by exceeding expectations, source new suppliers and event concepts, and train interns in event management.

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Event Management, International Business, or a related field, plus at least three years of project or event management experience, including at least one year in an international context. They should be based in the Netherlands, have a network of Dutch event suppliers and venues, strong project management and leadership skills, and fluency in English; Dutch and other languages are advantageous.
