Adeas is an advanced electronics design services and IP-core company, specialized in (co-) design of advanced IP cores, modules and products. We operate in Broadcast, Video and Imaging, High Tech Industrial and Test & Measurement markets. The main in-house development disciplines are firmware (FPGA programming), electronics design and (embedded) software. Within Adeas the communication lines are short and decisions can be made rapidly. Your main tasks Discussing project hardware specifications and requirements Designing schematics of electronics on system, board and module level Implementing the design in a PCB layout Communicating with EMS regarding production aspects of your design Testing and validating your design and bring it to maturity Collaborating with HW/SW/FW/Mech colleagues in multidisciplinary development projects Your skills and qualifications You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent You have at least 5 years professional experience as a designer of digital electronics You are a capable designer of digital electronics at system and board level with an accurate and quality minded attitude You can work alone just as easily as in a team with colleagues You are familiar with Design for manufacturing, Test and Reliability and you have knowledge of Signal Integrity aspects You are able to switch your attention easily and communicate easily and fluently with all stakeholders of a project You master the English language at least at C1 CEFR level and Dutch at A2 level Interest in FPGA and RTL coding is an advantage What can Adeas offer you Working in a High-Tech environment with cchallenging technology in rapidly changing markets Nice informal working atmosphere with pleasant colleagues advanced tooling and labs with high-end measurement equipment and modern, easily reachable and spacious offices with ample parking space where you have your own desk and labspace A competitive salary Flexible working hours with hybrid working (from home and Adeas offices) The possibility to work parttime (e.g. 32-40hrs per week) Attractive secondary benefits like: 25-38 holidays per year, training budget, pension, performance bonus, company stock plan, etc. Interested? Core Responsibilities

Discuss hardware specifications and requirements, design electronics schematics at system, board, and module levels, and implement designs in PCB layouts. Coordinate with manufacturing partners, test and validate designs, and collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical colleagues.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification, plus at least five years of professional digital electronics design experience. Candidates should be skilled in system- and board-level design, manufacturing, test and reliability considerations, and signal integrity, with English at C1 level and Dutch at A2 level; FPGA and RTL coding interest is an advantage.
