Qualifications And Requirements: Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices (coursework or prior knowledge is beneficial). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
