About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join a hypercare support team for a new greenfield manufacturing facility in the Netherlands. The project is entering the critical SAP Go-Live and stabilization phase, and the consultant will support warehouse and logistics operations during the first months after go-live. This is a highly operational, hands-on role rather than a classical SAP implementation position. You will work directly with end users, super users, and the project team to troubleshoot SAP WM issues, resolve process exceptions, and ensure that warehouse and production operations continue without disruption. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on SAP WM support during the hypercare period after Go-Live. Troubleshoot issues related to goods receipt, putaway, transfer orders, inventory and warehouse execution. Support inbound warehouse operations and resolve receiving issues. Monitor and resolve blocked stock and warehouse process issues. Support production replenishment and ensure materials are delivered to production on time. Troubleshoot movement and transfer order issues. Support outbound delivery, shipping and truck loading processes. Resolve goods issue and delivery execution problems. Perform regular system and process health checks. Provide direct support to end users and super users. Coach users on SAP WM processes and exception handling. Perform issue triage, process validation and root-cause analysis. Work closely with the existing implementation and support teams to stabilize the new SAP environment. Requirements – Must Have Strong hands-on experience as an SAP WM Consultant. Solid knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM). Experience with: -Inbound logistics -Goods Receipt -Putaway -Transfer Orders -Inventory handling -Storage bins and warehouse execution Experience supporting warehouse operations in a live or post-Go-Live environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work directly with business users and resolve operational issues quickly. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or factory environments is highly desirable. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience with SAP WM hypercare or stabilization projects. Experience in manufacturing and factory logistics. Knowledge of production supply and material flow processes. Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and outbound logistics. Experience with shipping and truck loading processes. Experience supporting production replenishment. Previous experience working in a shop-floor or warehouse environment. Dutch language skills are a strong advantage. Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on and self-driven consultant who is comfortable working in a fast-moving and potentially unstable post-Go-Live environment. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who can make operational decisions quickly, communicate directly with users, and focus on keeping warehouse and factory operations running smoothly. Project & Working Model Greenfield manufacturing and warehouse environment. SAP Go-Live planned for October 2026. Hypercare support expected until approximately December 2026. Initial team of 2–3 SAP WM Consultants. The first consultant should be available as soon as possible for knowledge transfer and preparation for Go-Live. Core Responsibilities

Provide hands-on SAP WM hypercare support after Go-Live, troubleshooting warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory, transfer orders, production replenishment, shipping, and goods issue. Support and coach end users, triage issues, perform process and system health checks, and work with project teams to stabilize warehouse and factory operations.

Requirements

Candidates must have strong hands-on SAP WM experience, solid knowledge of warehouse execution, and experience supporting live or post-Go-Live warehouse operations. Strong troubleshooting and user communication skills are required; manufacturing or factory experience and fluent English are expected or highly desirable, while Dutch is an advantage.
