About the Role Location: On-site in the Netherlands (Hard requirement: 100% on-site, no remote/hybrid) We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team on-site in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for the precision assembly, soldering, and rework of moderate-complexity Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) for high-reliability applications. Key Responsibilities Solder Paste Application: Precise manual/semi-automated application of solder paste. Vapor Phase Reflow: Operating and monitoring our in-house vapor phase reflow oven. Hand Assembly & Rework: Performing high-precision hand soldering, board modifications, and component rework. Lead Soldering: Working primarily with lead solder processes. Small-Volume Production: Managing small-volume assembly runs using our fully equipped in-house tooling and setup. Key Requirements PCBA Assembly Experience: Hands-on experience with PCBA assembly, fine-pitch hand soldering, and rework. Reflow Experience: Familiarity with operating reflow equipment (vapor phase reflow experience is a strong advantage). On-Site Presence: Must be located in (or able to commute daily to) our site in the Netherlands. Quality Focus: A strong commitment to precision and clean work. Nice to Have: Hi-Rel Experience: Prior experience in high-reliability (Hi-Rel) electronics manufacturing. Space / ECSS Standards: Experience or certification working to ECSS standards (e.g., ECSS-Q-ST-70-08/38) is a great bonus, but not required. Core Responsibilities

Assemble, solder, and rework moderate-complexity printed circuit board assemblies for high-reliability applications, including solder paste application and operation of a vapor phase reflow oven. Perform hand assembly, board modifications, and small-volume production using in-house tools and equipment.

Requirements

Candidates need hands-on PCBA assembly experience, fine-pitch hand soldering and rework skills, and familiarity with reflow equipment; vapor phase reflow experience is an advantage. Daily on-site attendance in the Netherlands and a strong focus on precision and clean work are required, while Hi-Rel manufacturing and ECSS experience are desirable.
