Job Description Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment Receiving customer complaints Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines Conducting internal and external training for customer Assistance with the creation of service manuals Job Requirements Expertise in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics, chemistry, and biotechnological processes Experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics Understanding of computer-based automation systems and computer network configuration Proficient in using Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with an ERP system Proficiency with TCP/IP networks and infrastructure Dutch and English both written and spoken. Core Responsibilities

Provide post-delivery customer service, troubleshoot and test equipment, handle customer complaints, and install, maintain, and repair equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines. Deliver customer training and assist with creating service manuals.

Requirements

Candidates should have expertise in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics, along with experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment and reading schematics. They should understand computer-based automation and network configuration, be proficient with Office tools and ERP systems, know TCP/IP networks, and speak and write Dutch and English; French and German are advantageous.
