Contract type: Contract Sector: Oil & Gas – FPSO About the role Cheshire Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established FPSO owner/operator for a Cost Engineer based in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will support cost engineering activities on a major FPSO project, as well as other projects across the wider portfolio. Key responsibilities Support cost estimating, cost control and forecasting for a major FPSO project Provide cost engineering support to other projects within the portfolio Monitor budgets, commitments, change and cost trends, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Prepare cost reports for project management and senior stakeholders Work closely with project management, planning, procurement and commercial teams Apply cost engineering processes and standards consistently across projects Requirements Proven cost engineering experience within oil & gas or offshore projects FPSO project experience is highly desirable Good understanding of estimating, cost control and forecasting methodologies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams Degree in engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline preferred Location and working arrangements This role requires regular office attendance in the Netherlands. Requirements

Candidates should understand estimating, cost control, and forecasting methodologies, have strong analytical and communication skills, and preferably hold a degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
