About the Role As an Implementation Consultant at Cleopatra Enterprise, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of our Project Control software for leading global organizations. You are not just an executor; you are a strategic partner who understands complex industrial workflows and translates them into high-performing solutions within the Cleopatra ecosystem. In this position, you take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and process optimization to final configuration and executive training. Your Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Advisory: You analyze the client’s current project control and cost engineering workflows. You act as a consultant, advising on industry ‘best practices’ to elevate their project performance. Advanced Software Configuration: You translate intricate business requirements into software setups, including the development of custom dashboards, cost models, and reporting structures. Project Management: You manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring that implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard. Stakeholder Management & Training: You lead workshops and training sessions for senior stakeholders and end-users, ensuring high software adoption and client satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: You act as a bridge between the client, Sales, and our Development team. You identify market trends and client needs to actively contribute to our software roadmap. Who You Are We are looking for a professional who has "earned their stripes" in a technical or consultancy environment and is ready for the next level of responsibility. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Information Technology, or Econometrics). Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or project controls/cost engineering. Analytical Mindset: You have a passion for data, mathematics, and statistics, with the ability to simplify complex information flows. Communication: You are a confident communicator at all levels (from site engineers to C-level management) and are fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus! Travel: You enjoy traveling internationally for client projects (typically in blocks of 1 or 2 weeks) while maintaining a home base in the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize clients’ project control and cost engineering workflows, then configure Cleopatra Enterprise software to meet their requirements. Manage implementation projects, lead stakeholder workshops and training, and relay client needs and market trends to Sales and Development to inform the software roadmap.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or project controls/cost engineering are sought. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, be fluent in English, be willing to travel internationally, and live within 45 km of Zwijndrecht; Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
