Role Description The Construction Worker role at B3 Bouw is a full-time, on-site position based in the Amsterdam Area. In this role, you will work on various renovation and construction projects, including demolition, structural work, and installation of finishes. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing and securing work sites, performing masonry and flooring work, assisting with building and repair activities, and ensuring materials and tools are used safely and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues, follow project plans and instructions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site. Qualifications Practical construction skills, including experience with Construction and Renovation tasks on residential or commercial projects. Hands-on building skills, such as Masonry and Flooring, with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work. Understanding of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow all safety regulations and procedures. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions. Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from site supervisors. Relevant vocational training or certification in construction or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in renovation, demolition, or general construction work within the Amsterdam Area or similar environment is beneficial.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and secure construction sites, perform demolition, masonry, flooring, structural, installation, and repair work across renovation and construction projects. Follow project plans and safety procedures, use materials and tools efficiently, and help keep the site clean, organized, and safe while collaborating with supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements

Candidates should have practical construction or renovation skills, including hands-on building experience such as masonry and flooring, and understand construction site safety. They must be physically able to perform manual labor, reliable and punctual, and able to work in a team and follow instructions; relevant vocational training or certification and prior renovation or demolition experience are advantageous.
