Shape the future of Hisense Brown Goods in the Benelux Are you an analytical and market-oriented Product Manager with a passion for consumer electronics? Would you like to translate consumer insights and technology trends into a competitive Brown Goods portfolio for the Netherlands and Belgium? Then this could be your next opportunity. As Product Manager Hisense brown goods, you help define the direction of our brown goods portfolio in the Benelux. You combine market insights, data and product knowledge to identify opportunities and ensure that our products meet the needs of consumers and commercial partners. You will join an ambitious team within ATAG Benelux and work closely with local colleagues and European teams. In this international environment, you connect strategy with execution and help bring the right products to the right market at the right time. What will you do? As Product Manager Hisense brown goods, you are responsible for shaping and managing the brown goods product portfolio for the Benelux. You monitor developments in the market, translate insights into product recommendations and coordinate the development and introduction of products throughout their lifecycle. Your main responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Develop and maintain the brown goods product strategy and product roadmap for the assigned market or region. Define product positioning, target consumers, key selling points, and competitive differentiation. Identify market opportunities based on consumer needs, technology trends, competitor activities, and market data. Manage the product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, growth, and end-of-life. 2. Market & Competitive Analysis Monitor the brown goods market, consumer trends, technology developments, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular competitor benchmarking covering product specifications, picture quality, smart brown goods platforms, design, pricing, features, and positioning. Translate market insights into actionable product recommendations. 3. Product Development Act as the key business/product interface between the market and R&D teams. Work with R&D and engineering teams to ensure products meet market and consumer requirements. Participate in product reviews, development milestones, prototype evaluations, and validation activities. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve product-related issues during development. 4. Product Launch Lead product launch planning and ensure all key milestones are achieved. Prepare product positioning, product information, specifications, key selling points, and launch materials. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies. Support launch readiness across product, pricing, communication, retail, and distribution channels. Monitor launch performance and recommend corrective actions where required. 5. Quality, Certification & Market Requirements Work closely with Quality, Certification, and R&D teams to ensure products comply with local market requirements. Coordinate market-specific testing, certification, and field-testing activities. Monitor product quality and customer feedback after launch. Identify recurring product issues and drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders. Ensure market-specific requirements, including broadcast standards, smart brown goods services, connectivity, and local content/platform requirements, are properly considered during product development. What do you bring? You are commercially minded, analytically strong and comfortable working in an international environment. You enjoy transforming market insights into successful products and know how to bring stakeholders together to achieve results. You also bring: At least three years of experience in product management within consumer electronics, preferably in the brown goods sector. Demonstrable knowledge of the Dutch market and consumer behaviour. Strong analytical skills and experience with market research. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Requirements

Candidates need at least three years of product management experience in consumer electronics, preferably in brown goods, along with knowledge of the Dutch market and consumer behavior. Strong analytical and market research skills, excellent Dutch and English communication, and a proactive, structured, results-driven approach are required.
