Junior Technical Trainer (Home Appliances) Location: Europe Department: LGESC EU CC&S Academy (Service Academy Europe) Reports To: Technical Training Manager We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bachelor graduate to join our Service Academy as a Junior Technical Trainer specializing in LG Washing Machines and Refrigerators. The successful candidate will develop technical expertise in LG products and deliver service training programs to service engineers, technicians, and support staff across Europe. This delivery will take place, both online (virtual classroom/streaming) and offline (classroom, either at Academy in Amstelveen or on-site at European Service Partner) This role combines technical knowledge, training delivery, content development, and continuous learning. It is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for technology, education, and customer service. You will be working in a small team with experienced trainers that will help you develop your technical and training delivery skills. What you will do Deliver technical product- and repair training for LG Washing Machines and Refrigerators. Create and update training materials. (Classroom, E-learning, Video) Build strong knowledge of LG home appliance technologies and service procedures. Stay updated on new technologies, product features, and industry trends. Support EU Technical Support on investigating technical product issues and solutions What you must have Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Education, Or any other related technical field Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant working experience. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Interest in appliance technology and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret technical documentation and service manuals. Fluent English (written and spoken). Good presentation & communication skills, especially if you are comfortable speaking in front of groups Passion in knowledge sharing Willingness to travel within Europe for training activities Nice to have if you have Fluent in any other European language Experience in an internship or a project in technical, engineering or training environment What We Offer Structured development program to become a certified LG Technical Trainer. Core Responsibilities

Deliver technical product and repair training on LG washing machines and refrigerators to service professionals across Europe, both online and in person. Develop and update classroom, e-learning, and video materials, build product expertise, and support EU Technical Support with investigating product issues and solutions.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and up to two years of relevant experience are required, along with a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and an interest in appliance technology and troubleshooting. Candidates must have fluent English, be able to interpret technical documentation, communicate and present effectively, share knowledge, and travel within Europe; another European language or relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
