Position Objectives: To ensure all orders are packed accurately for customer or courier pick up. Also, to ensure the warehouse is organised in a way which maximises efficiency and is safe and clear from obstacles.Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Warehouse operator requires to follow Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager instructions and complete his job task in timely manner, communicating and seeking warehouse manager and state operation manager assistance if necessary. Key Duties and Responsibilities Process and prepare orders, including pulling, packing, and moving materials to delivery areas. Communicate with customers and team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks and checking merchandise. Operate counter-balance forklifts safely as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movements and assisting with stocktaking. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Wear required PPE and follow H&S guidelines at all times. Key Skill Knowledge and Attributes Good communication, organisational and time management skills Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required Dependable, Reliable and Hardworking Experience in operating a Forklift. Works well in team environmentf Good English to communicate. Forklift licence

Core Responsibilities

Prepare, pick, pack, and move orders for dispatch, while assisting with receiving, unloading, and checking incoming merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized, safe warehouse, and operate counter-balance forklifts when needed.

Requirements

The role calls for reliability, hard work, good communication, organization, time management, and the ability to work well in a team. Forklift operating experience and a forklift license are required, along with sufficient English to communicate.
