Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious junior to join our commercial team as a RevOps Specialist. Reporting to our CEO and working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will help build the data infrastructure, tooling, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. What you will be doing: This is a hands-on role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. You will own the day-to-day management of our CRM, support campaign analytics, and help align our marketing and sales funnels, all in service of accelerating BoneMRI adoption across USA, Europe and beyond. Responsiblities: Sales & Marketing Alignment Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth information flow between field and central functions. After campaigning, conferences, and other social activities, control the follow-up process and divide tasks & responsibilities among the team. Support the creation and maintenance of lead scoring models and qualification criteria in collaboration with the sales team. Help map and document the end-to-end revenue funnel, from first touch to closed deal, and identify bottlenecks. CRM & Data Management Own the day-to-day hygiene and accuracy of our CRM (Zoho One), ensuring contacts, accounts, and deal stages are up to date. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the commercial team clear visibility into pipeline, lead flow, and campaign performance. Track and report on order status, pending purchase orders, and product availability for the sales team — ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. Monitor incoming orders and flag exceptions or delays to the relevant commercial or operations stakeholder. Identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies; document processes for data entry and governance. Make sure commercial data flows into the financial systems correctly so both invoicing as well as KPI can be organized. Marketing Operations Support Support the Marketing & Communication Manager in executing email campaigns, content distribution, and lead nurturing workflows. Track and analyse marketing KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, channel performance; and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Help manage marketing automation sequences (e.g., Zoho One workflows) to improve lead quality and speed-to-sales handoff. Assist with event coordination, conference preparation, and follow-up campaigns. Tooling & Process Improvement Evaluate, implement, and optimise RevOps tooling across the marketing and sales stack, including alignment with finance. Document workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to support team scalability. Support integrations between marketing, CRM, and reporting tools. Qualifications Minimum Master’s degree (MSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Information Management, or a related field — recently completed or graduating in 2025/2026. Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfortable building reports, pivot tables, and tracking models from scratch. Ambition to grow into a commercial role in MedTech / Healthcare. 2-3 years’ hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage recurring reporting & processing tasks reliably alongside project work. Good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working across sales, marketing, and operations functions. Genuine interest in healthcare and technology; you care about the mission, not just the metrics. Able to commit full-time to the role and eligible to work in the Netherlands. Preferred Experience with marketing automation tools (Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp, or equivalent). Familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools (Zoho Analytics & dashboarding, or equivalent). Knowledge of or interest in MedTech, digital health, or B2B SaaS go-to-market motions. Fluency in German, or another European language, is a bonus. Prior experience in a commercial, marketing, or data analytics role. Have a Dutch work visa or be an EU/EEA citizen. This role is for you if… You get energised by clean data, well-oiled processes, and the question: “how do we grow faster?” You are comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a small but quickly scaling team. You want your work to matter — and you want to look back in two years and say you helped build something. Manage and maintain the Zoho One CRM, commercial data, dashboards, order tracking, and revenue-funnel processes while coordinating follow-up across sales, marketing, operations, and other teams. Support marketing campaigns and analytics, improve automation and tool integrations, and document scalable workflows and procedures.

Requirements

A minimum MSc in a relevant field, recently completed or expected in 2025/2026, is required, along with 2–3 years of hands-on CRM experience and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Candidates should have strong English communication, organisation, and teamwork skills, an interest in healthcare technology, and eligibility to work full-time in the Netherlands.
