About the AI Decision Control Forum The AI Decision Control Forum is a practitioner-led platform bringing together professionals working across AI governance, responsible AI, risk, technology, regulation, and decision-making. The Forum focuses on a practical question: How do we make AI systems more governable, controllable, and accountable in practice? We bring together practitioners, researchers, technology leaders, policymakers, and professionals through expert conversations, community discussions, events, and practical perspectives on AI decision control. The Role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow the visibility, reach, and engagement of the AI Decision Control Forum. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas, expert conversations, events, and insights into compelling content and building a professional community around an emerging topic. You will work closely with the Founder and Forum experts to develop and execute the Forum's marketing activities across LinkedIn, YouTube, the website, email, and other relevant channels. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy for the Forum. Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, event promotions, expert announcements, interview highlights, and thought-leadership content. Turn expert conversations and Forum discussions into engaging short-form content. Support the development of YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and promotional content. Maintain a simple and consistent content calendar. Identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach organically. Expert & Community Marketing Help promote new Forum experts and their contributions. Develop content around expert interviews, perspectives, and insights. Support campaigns that encourage professionals to join the Forum community. Help build relationships with relevant professional communities, organisations, events, and industry networks. Identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion. Events & Campaigns Support marketing for Forum events, webinars, meetups, and expert sessions. Create promotional campaigns before, during, and after events. Coordinate event-related communications and promotional assets. Help turn successful events into reusable content. Brand & Communications Help maintain a consistent Forum voice and visual identity. Develop compelling messaging that clearly communicates the Forum's purpose and value. Support website and newsletter content where needed. Ensure communications remain professional, credible, and aligned with the Forum's practitioner-led positioning. Analytics & Improvement Monitor engagement and audience growth across key channels. Track basic marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, registrations, and community growth. Identify which types of content and campaigns are performing well. Recommend practical improvements based on results. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about AI, technology, governance, responsible AI, or emerging technology. Experienced in marketing, communications, social media, community building, or content marketing. A strong writer who can communicate complex topics clearly and professionally. Comfortable working independently in a small, growing organisation. Creative and able to turn ideas into compelling content. Organised and able to manage a simple content calendar. Comfortable working with LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Interested in building something from an early stage rather than working from an established marketing playbook. You don't need to be an expert in AI governance. What matters most is that you are curious about the subject, understand how to communicate with a professional audience, and are willing to take ownership of marketing activities. We value initiative, consistency, creativity, and practical execution over simply having a long list of marketing qualifications. Commitment Approximately 3–5 hours per week.
