Position Summary If you're willing to relocate to the Netherlands, this role is for you! As General Manager, you will hold ultimate accountability for the business unit's operational efficiency and financial performance. You will serve as the primary leader for functional department heads, coordinating activities across Sales, After Sales, Operations, HR, Finance to optimize workflows, maximize profitability, and successfully execute corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives. Financial Oversight: Direct budget allocation, manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement, monitor operating costs, and optimize cash flow. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day business activities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and guarantee quality and safety standards. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers while fostering a collaborative, high-performance company culture. Performance Tracking: Establish, monitor, and analyze company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delivering regular progress reports to corporate executives. Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company in high-level negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors. Profile Wanted Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in a senior management role (e.g., General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Division Director), ideally within the automotive sector. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is highly preferred. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial planning, corporate budgeting, P&L management, and financial risk analysis. Core Competencies: Strong strategic vision, decisive problem-solving abilities, outstanding negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. Language: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English is a must. Fluency in French is an added value. Requirements
