About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. What You'll Do Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients and assist with sales and business development activities. Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions based on customer procurement needs. Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities and provide insights on customer and industry trends. Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment, after-sales and other client-related activities. Support day-to-day account management and customer communication to improve customer experience, satisfaction and long-term relationships. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027. Available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in sales, account management, business development and working with enterprise clients. Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and graduating in 2026 or 2027, and be available for a full-time, six-month internship. They must be fluent in English and Mandarin and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with an interest in sales and enterprise account management.
