Teijin Holdings Europe B.V. is seeking a Manager Internal Audit Europe & Americas who can strengthen governance, enhance internal controls, and drive improvement across our international operations. In this high‑visibility role, you lead audits across Europe and the Americas, shape Teijin’s global audit approach, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership. You work closely with our Corporate Audit Department in Japan and executives throughout the Teijin Group. As regional audit lead, you report directly to Corporate Audit at Teijin’s global headquarters while maintaining a strong partnership with the President of Teijin Holdings Europe. Your Impact Lead internal audits across multiple countries and business entities Strengthen internal controls and identify performance improvement opportunities Evaluate financial reporting processes and advise on control frameworks Guide senior leaders on governance, compliance, and risk management Coordinate with external auditors and the Audit & Supervisory Committee Ensure consistency and quality across global audit activities Lead, coach, and develop the audit team Contribute to the evolution of Teijin’s global audit function What You Bring Required 10+ years of professional business experience Strong English communication skills Solid understanding of financial and management accounting Knowledge of operational processes in manufacturing and commercial environments Ability to collaborate effectively with senior international stakeholders Preferred Experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk, or compliance Knowledge of corporate governance, regulations, IT controls, and information security Leadership experience Bachelor’s degree or higher; CIA certification is a plus Experience in manufacturing, materials, or industrial sectors Experience with transformation or system implementation projects Who You Are A trusted, ethical professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex environments. Core Responsibilities

Lead internal audits across Europe and the Americas, strengthening controls and governance while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Advise senior leaders on risk and compliance, coordinate with auditors and governance committees, and develop the regional audit team while contributing to Teijin’s global audit approach.

Requirements

Requires at least 10 years of professional business experience, strong English communication, knowledge of financial and management accounting, and familiarity with manufacturing and commercial operations. Preferred qualifications include audit, controls, risk, or compliance experience; governance and IT controls knowledge; leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree or higher; and experience in industrial sectors or transformation projects.
