International School Hilversum | Hilversum | 1.0 fte | Fixed Term Contract We are looking for a Head of our PYP Department who wants to stimulate student's creativity and natural curiosity. Join our experienced and diverse PYP team as a part of International School Hilversum (ISH). We are a warm and friendly school where we create a home away from home for expats and repats from all over the world. Your profile You have a recognised (DUO bevoegd) teaching qualification. You have experience in leading teams in a primary school. You have experience with teaching IB PYP. You have a multidisciplinary interest(s) and would be keen to get involved in school life beyond just your role. You live in the Netherlands and have a work visa or European/NL passport. Your role You will join the PYP Department as Head of the PYP, PYP coordinator and as teacher. You are responsible, with your colleagues, for designing the curriculum, overseeing relationships with parents and the upper school. The team is experienced and well established and you will receive guidance and support. We are particularly interested in candidates that have a proven track record in leadership roles. Requirements

Candidates must have a recognized teaching qualification and experience leading teams in a primary school, as well as experience teaching the IB PYP. They must live in the Netherlands and hold a work visa or a European or Dutch passport; a proven leadership track record is particularly valued.
